The staff at our school is a cohesive team, each member of which understands that we all work together to achieve a common goal. Every employee contributes to the development of our school and the education of our students. We take our mission seriously, so each of our employees undergoes an annual evaluation based on their job description. With regard to the results of the evaluation, we decide whether to renew or terminate the contract.
Additionally, we offer programs to improve our employees' professional skills, which they complete throughout the academic year. We work individually with each employee, resulting in a 95% rate of contract renewals each year.
Our teachers participate in annual professional development courses, both developed by our methodologists and provided by external organizations. The decision to renew contracts with teachers for the next academic year is based on their students' performance and parent feedback.
